So many of my favorite childhood memories involved my awesome neighbors Tony and Clo. 4th of July on Silver Lane was a bananas event that everyone looked forward to. Tony and Clo’s backyard and my families yard were always overflowing with lots of family and friends- great food, great music and lots of dangerous explosions. It’s a miracle nobody got hurt! Tony and Clo gave me one of my first nicknames ever – Chicken Little – because I sat next to the grill and ate every single delicious wing they would let me eat. I must have had 30 or 40 that day and they couldn’t have laughed anymore than they did. I was probably 9 or 10- good times and one of many great memories.
